Meanwhile, Melissa, Cassandra and the mysterious man went to the rainforest. It was beautiful and they saw flying flowers everywhere. In closer look they found out that they where creatures disguisted as flowers. At first it was sunny and very hot. But then after just seconds it started to rain cats and dogs.
Not literally! I just mentioned it rained a lot! - Well, that's why it called the rainforest! Cassandra sighed. - Yes, we got unlucky there! But I just wonder, what are Electra up to actually? Why are they after us? Melissa wondered. - Well, I don't know actually. But what I know is that there are something in the centrum of Terra Australis she wants and we have to stop her! The mysterious man said.
They continued walking in the wet rain when suddenly a tribe just came out of nowhere. An old tribe that have never ever seen humanity before. They jumped down from above via the trees and climed up the trees like it was just another plain surface. They where like monkeys that could jump from tree to tree very easy.
They also had an ability to dig under ground and grab enemies from down below. One hand grabbed Melissas foot and tried to drag her down. But luckily Cassandra stamped on the hand and Melissa escaped. The mysterious man protected the girls fighting against the tribe!
But he doesn't want to kill them all. It's a unique tribe that doesn't exist anywhere else. Meanwhile, Electra defeated T-rex and moved on. She ran so fast so that the light couldn't catch up. It was then she travelled through time.
She travelled to her younger self telling all about Melissa, Cassandra and the mysterious man to herself. She told how stupid they where and that they won't let her reach the centrum! That created a paradox. Actually two! Cause now Electra bringed her younger self to the future. Those paradoxes caused many timemonsters to get in to our world!
Meanwhile, our heroes teleported further in to Terra Australis. Now they where really close to the centrum and the mysterious man could tell that cause of the heat and the enviroment. The hotter it is the closer to the centrum they will get.
They where in a desert with a lot of colorful lakes everywhere. That water must be very poisonous! Melissa said. - Actually not! The mysterious man said and drank from a red lake. - It's different kinds of soda! The red one has strawberry flavour! I have been here many times to get some drinks to some of my parties I have had several times. The mysterious man explained.
The girls where a bit suspicious but soon they walked towards the lakes and drank. It was delicious! They kept drinking until the man started to laugh. - What is so funny? Melissa wondered. Then she drank another flavour. But this one wasn't that delicious anymore. It was disgusting.
She looked down and saw something that looked like dirt. - What is this? Melissa wondered. - That was a mirage! Sorry about that! but don't worry. I have analyzed what that dirt-looking thing is. It is a rare kind of mushrooms that is claimed to be the healthiest mushroom in the world despite the disgusting taste.
- But how can it taste so good when we drank the first lakes? Cassandra wondered.
- Well, that is an illusion. The brain sees delicious lakes and being tricked to think it also is delicious drinks with delicious tastes. The mysterious man explained.
