CHAPTER 4 I WELCOME YOU SALTY AIR AND WATER!
Omg.
Honestly this is the best thing that's ever happened to me! Besides meeting Daniel of course but that wasn't the point.
Me and my best friend just had sex. I know it's wrong since I'm with Daniel but, it felt right with Drew. Me and Daniel haven't really Been sexual other than a few make out sessions here and there but beside that. I've been to scared to.
With Drew I practically through myself at him... Or well him at me... The point was that if this was lust then I hope it comes at me full force next time me and Drew are alone. He even said I was his dirty little secret! I practically squealed inside my head. I was fangirling about Drew when I felt Daniels arms rap around me.
" hey beautiful" he mumbled in my ear.
I totally forgot that I wasn't in the elevator anymore and turned to greet Daniel with a kiss. I was glad he finally arived and also... Not so much. I mean yeah I love Daniel a lot but... Why am I still having some sort of attraction to Drew?.
Drew walked of winking at me and started a conversation with Ian and Kazzy about something. Next thing I knew some guy I had never seen before walked in. He was very attractive with white hair and I swore his eyes where purple. His skin was super pale and I'm sure anyone could mistake him for a ghost. He was tall and slim but not as tall as the other guys. He looked to be 6'1 and he had a nice six pack. The only thing he had on where teen mutant ninja turtles swim trunks. His hair was longish and curled at the ends just a bit. His change of clothes and towel where shoved in a my little pony bag... Hmmm interesting. He's probably gay.
" hey losers!" He shouted grinning. They way he said it sounded like " lousers"
" as always Jason, you show up fashionably late" Drew said giving him a high five.
" anyways, this is Jason, he's our Albino freak, and Juliet, you may call him poller bear, never me understood?" Drew said jokingly. I nodded before I stuck my tung out at Jason.
" okay losers, what are you waiting for? I'm ready to get some sun!" Jason said, clearly making a joke about his ghostly figure.
" are your eyes purple? I thought albinos had red eyes?" I asked, then I felt nervous when he started laughing at me.
" no no, that's only a myth. People with albino ism have an absence of color, sometimes our eyes look red, pink, purple, or any other exotic color, but really our eyes are grayish, whitish color."
" so no cool at all?"
" yup" he said popping the p with a grin.
Everyone started walking toward the small elevator with there towels and such, once every one was inside, Kazzy pressed the floor 1 button, and we began to slowly move down. I was crammed up against Drew while Daniel was crammed into my front side. It was really awkward for a little bit.
" are those zelda Gage's?" Jason shouted giving me a death stair.
" umm yeah..."
" sorry but, what do you know about zelda?" He asked eyeing me.
"I know a lot about the legend of Zelda games and comics thank you very much." I replied.
We had a staining contest until the elevator dinged and he smiled giving me a high five.
" I just wanted to make sure your not a fake or anything" he said walking off toward Kazzy who had already departed from the elevator. He cut in between her and Ian saying " are you from Tennessee? Because your the only ten I see!"
I started giggling at Ian's face. He obviously was used to Jason saying stuff like that and found it annoying. I also noticed Jason was all over Kazzy. He must really like her or something. Hmm so he wasn't gay?
We walked on toward the back door of the first floor area, I was amazed at how deep the chlorinated pool was. They also had two hot tubs but that was a different story. I was so excited to have my first outing with all my friends. We walked through the hot sand until we where standing at a pavilion/ bridge. I looked out and saw the ocean for the first time in my life. I know what your thinking, you live near the ocean and yet you have never been there? Yup.
I heard oceans where blue, and even pictures online it seemed exotic, but that doesn't mean I don't like the gulf. As I was looking at its brown waves waters, the sandy wind blew into my face, and I could taste the water already. The sand was a teal color with sea weed and shells covering over the earth like a blanket made by a lady who knitted the blanket for the first time in her life.
Jason sat down at the benches under the pavilion, and began rubbing layers of sunscreen onto his skin. Kazzy, and Drew joined in.
" okay guys, do whatever you want, I'm going to work on a tan" Ian said rolling his eyes at the other three while stripping down to his trunks. They where a nice red color and that was about it. Ian then put his hair in a pony tail, leaving his bangs out. Don't worry though it was a small pony tail. ( I'll sketch the characters for you later) with that he jogged into the direction of the gentle brown ocean. Daniel took my hand and we walked together toward the ocean waves. Every so often I would stop to pick up a sea shell or play with some sea weed. When I was finally ready I jumped into the water falling into a deep section of the water.
" holy shit!" I shouted. How was it possible that the water dropped three feet within centimeters of the border of the water and sand.
" hey look! Juliet found a shoreline sand bar!" Drew yelled laughing his ass of at me.
The others looked my way and started to join in with him. Daniel chuckled and reached out to help me up. I chuckled
with him before yanking him down with me. When his body impacted the water it made a huge splash noise.
He glared at me while I gave him my sweet innocent smile.
" your so dead" he said grabbing a handful of mud/ sand and smashing it into my face.
" this means war!" I shouted we began running around throwing chunks of Mud at each other. I accidentally threw a chunk in Jason's direction which splattered all over both him and Kazzy. They picked up a hand full of the mush and chunked it in my direction. Some how Kazzys chunk went the opposite direction of me and smacked Becca in the ass causing her to scream at the top of her lungs. Jenny laughed picking up the chunk that stuck to her ass and through it back at Kazzy. Ian laughed at this and joined in. Soon we where covered head to toe in goo of sand.
God. I love you ocean!
After the war calmed down a bit, we washed off in the water and collapsed onto the soft scrunchy sand. Me and Daniel held hands while Kazzy and Ian started making out.
" get a room!" Jason groaned. He covered his eyes and gave a dramatic look of distress.
" anyways, I never got you or your boyfriends name." He said scratching his cheek.
" oh we'll I'm Juliet and this is my boyfriend Daniel." I replied cuddling up to Daniels side while he rubbed my back.
" oh, Juliet as in the previous cheer captain of our school?" He asked
" yup. I'm in dance now."
" oh cool, I'm in the drama club.... I played as Hades in the school play earlier this year." He said nonchalantly.
" oh the Persephone play right?"
" yup"
Oh so he's in the drama club eh,
" what year are you?"
" I'm a senior, you?"
" junior."
" oh so you probably have the same classes as Kazzy and Drew huh?" He asked.
" what about Ian? I have art with Ian."
" oh, me and Ian are both seniors" he replied, he began scratching his neck.
Hmmm I didn't know any of this about them...
" hey everyone! Let's have a sand castle contest!" Kazzy shouted out of the blue.
Oh boy...
This would be fun.
