Mangle, because when he attacks you in fnaf2 he bites you in the frontal lobe. Also, Fazbear interntainment took out Foxy because they thought that the glitch from Mangle got carried to the new Foxy. Also, the Phone Guy said he was a take-apart, put back again attraction, so at one point he might have had his teeth not blocked with anything.
