Whenever it's time for ME to talk , she just says ''Okay , now wanna here about MY new boyfriend????!!!!"
She makes me SICK. But she's my BFF! What do you think?

Tell her this "I'm not trying to be mean, but things need to change. I want to talk,but you won't listen! All I want is to talk and have someone listen to me! And that someone is you! I listen to you all the time, now it's time you do that to me, I mean I still want to be friends with you! Your my BFF!"

Well if she acts like that she is not your best friend. Tell her that if she is being rude, and she does not like it, walk away.

She's not your best friend but you don't necessarily have to "break up" with her; just find a new friend to call your best friend.
