Animals do have feelings my dog gets sad when she doesn't see me in the living room and she whines calling me to go see her when she sees me she gets all hyper and kisses me alot to show that she loves me also trees don't have feelings but they are a living thing

so they want there line to survive, so they feel empathy (I think thats the word) and have surival instics

Every plant/ animal has the will to survive.

The reason why put in that trees have feelings in my opinion is because trees compunicate through chemicals, signaling other trees that bugs are on them

That's not emotions though. That's a survival adaptation to make sure their line stays alive.
