Not sure. He killed the kids yes, but he got what he deserved with the spring trap costume. He's neutral to me, and actually spring trap is one of my favourite animatronics
... :'(

No. He intentionally killed them. If he didn't want to kill them he wouldn't have tricked them and trapped them in the storage room to murder them. He would've just left them alone had he not wanted to do any harm.
