How do you eat your soup? I drink it out of the bowl but I wanna know what you guys do

When I’m at home, I do the same, but when I’m at a restaurant I use a spoon, of course. Right now I almost don’t eat soups because I don’t really like them. But I still try to eat healthily. But usually, even when I go out with friends, I order something healthy.
