Why isn't my microphone working? Here is everything that came with its still brand new but it's not producing any audio. Does anyone know why?

did you set it up correctly and/or search up solutions prior to coming here for advice?
This is the first time I asked for a solution I'm pretty sure I set it up correctly I have the cable and the mic do I need anything else?
I dont really have much experience.
