Doctors generally recommend that children have routine check-ups at least once a year to monitor their overall health and development. However, if a child has recurring ear, nose, or throat issues, visiting an ENT Clinic more frequently may be necessary for proper care and monitoring under ENT Care. Regular visits help ensure early detection and treatment of any problems, keeping kids healthy and safe. Explore more details now on https://entcare.ae/

i'd say around every six months. it depends on how healthy you are and what issues you have on whether how big they are. i don't know if this is useful or not.

Every month, they can help you with small things like acne, mini-infections (so they don't get bigger), growth pains, coughs.
