If everyone was definitely going to die, like if there was an incurable disease, I'd contact loved ones and spend the day with them.
If you mean as in a zombie apocalypse, I'd do the same, but I'd try to get supplies and survive as long as possible, preferably with them alive at my side.

Build a fort with bags of bread from the store and have sex in the fort. Then Id get naked, paint myself purple, put a tail on my butt, put a unicorn horn and horse hoof shoes on and run through the White House.
