What laws do you want in your country?

Stolen objects and money be, if possible, sent back to wherever they were stolen from. If it can't be sent back, because the place is unknown, it be sent to a (object) lost and found, stationed in each city, or (money) to the nacional public vaults.

If the object or money can't be given back, that the thief pay up with his own money. If the thief doesn't have the means, the thief be sent to prison. If the thief not only stole, but harmed others, that he pay and be sent to prison.
