Basically... Whenever a guy has a crush on me. Another guy (my friend) always scares them away. And he makes fun of me when someone has a crush on me. When they start not liking me, he stops. So what does this mean?

It's either because he really likes you or he is just protective. Stand up for yourself when he teases you and scares them away. Tell him you can handle yourself.

Tell your guy friend to stop butting in about his social life. If he feels hurt, tell him if It wont affect him, leave it be.

Maybe he doesn't want someone to like you which is weird because friends are supposed to encourage you aren't they? Or maybe he likes you or he just wants you as his friend which is also weird...
