A game isnt loading, what do I do?

So, I got a new game, Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mysteries. One issue, it’s saying there’s a connection error. My WiFi is strong and I have enough storage, what is going on?

I got that game a few days ago and I love it!!! Try turning your WiFi of and turning it back on other then that I don’t know how to help you.
