So, it's this stuff that your body makes, and I think it's supposed to make you sleepy. But sometimes your body doesn't make enough of it, so they made a kind of medicine to take so you have enough of it to make you sleepy. It's a completely natural thing, so it's not like real medicine in that sense. The kind I know of is a pill that dissolves in your mouth, but there are probably other kinds.
