That's kinda diffcult to answer but if I was you, I would bluntly tell her the guy has a crush on her.
My friend had to tell me that guy had a crush on me a couple of time and I really appreiated her blunt way of telling me.
btw I never went out with of those guys, If you can't come up to me and ask me out in person then I consider it a waste of time
