What will happen when I use Color Oops?

So I've dyed my hair quite a bit and I want to remove this "bubble gum" color out of my hair.(I had to bleach/dye my hair blonde before putting the color in) My hair is naturally brown. If I use Color Opps will my hair go back to brown or will it be blonde from the bleaching??
