Depends, is there a theme? Like I've seen Duct tape competitions, but Prom was the central theme. But I think a spring dress would be easy enough. Like green tape and just above the knees. Then using a bright color (like pink maybe?), to make a horizontal band, above your stomach. I think that wouldn't be too difficult, but still look cool!

A strapless dress would be really good... you could also put some ribbon on it or something to make it more colourful. :)
