When does a Growth spurt happen?

It starts at different times for different people. There is no official age as it varies a lot. I hit my first major growth spurt at 12 but don't worry if you haven't gotten one yet. Maybe you will just be short. Being short is awesome.

Mine happened in the fifth/sixth grade. But some girls don't hit their growth spurt until later. But I've been around the same height since 6/7 grade

You can tell when your growth spurt is about to happen here are some things that will happen: You will sleep a little longer, You will notice your clothes are getting a little loose on your waist and Your feet might get a little bigger! But growth spurts happen at different times and many times!
