if world war 3 broke out would i called up for national service although i was discharged in 2008 for failing a drug test

Let's hope that a world war 3 never breaks out... "Fighting for Freedom" ... what they need is reasonable, influential leaders to sit in a confined room, talk it out... but don't get me wrong, I am not against the army, I <3 our troops!!

I think that would depend on what country you are from.. I am not sure, but I bet your government's home page or another site that you can find through Google site should say... :/
im from the uk so i wouldent know what site to go on i dont have a clue what i should type in any ideas ?
