Rue-she wasn't strong, didn't train, was the youngest, was overlooked, didn't get any sponsors, yet helped kill Glimmer, could spy on multiple people at once without them even realizing, had an expansive knowledge of plants and animals and was INNOCENT!! (as were most tributes, but still!)
