The first one is impossible, and on the second one, the baby animatronic would never grow, and would be stuck at that height. So...neither.

Ever heard of reconstructing?

It would be inefficient to rebuild it again until it's at it's full height. They are supposed to be entertaining children. Besides, none of them are A.I. and therefore could not love the child.
