Samara had a demon in her and her mother pushed her down a well and she survived See More▼ for seven days. then once you watch her tape, she comes out the TV and kills you 7 days after you watch the tape. that’s not something that would happen to someone and it’s a very interesting, well thought story and isn’t basic like The Grudge.
