Apollo (I think it was him) fell in love with a nymph. But, of course, she didn’t love him back. And, her father didn’t allow it either. The only safe place for her, without being flattered by Apollo, was by the river her father guarded, and turn into her form, a willow tree. At one point, he was chasing See More▼ her, and didn’t know it. Eventually, she did so after loosing him. Apollo, in young love, began weeping. I don’t remember all the details, google isn’t helping, but here’s the most I remember.
