PLEASE check if stray looking cats are really stray!

My cat is now kinda missing because people are feeding him and we don't know who. some times he comes in for an extra meal because he is a very greedy cat. and a bad thing is that he wont where a collar. So people think he is stray. Also I am worried if our dog is scaring him away or if our other cat is scaring him away. So beware. are stray cats stray cats? and also keep an eye on your own cat because it might be your cat next. Please get membership because it will give me confidence that we can stop this!
