my roommates r all extremely jealous bc my period only lasts 3/4 days but what they don’t understand is the fact that i feel off for a full week before and it’s so painful and bad for most of those 3-4 days. like the first two are almost always horrible cramps, nausea, dizziness, boob pain, shitting my brains outside id sm rather have a full week of less intense symptoms than this
