Personality: She's a VERY mysterious girl, no one can tell how she feels, not even the rulers!
Which side you're on: She currently stands neutral, because she had only just passed away, though her name makes it sound like she's one of the Angels. Personally, Hikari can't decide, so she's settled on the fact that she will wait, and let the events unfold to determine where she belongs.
Powers: She is able to summon her trusting See More wings she designed herself, and named "Earth Elven", which look like butterfly wings. However, even though her name means light, she doesn't have that power, though she wishes she could, to make her name more literal.

I'm currently writing the next chapter of The Wind Wielder.
