I'm genuinely so mentally exhausted and it's so bad that all I want to do is sleep. But even when I sleep it won't help. And I'm using sleep as a escape but everytime I dream I only feel like I'm reliving trauma.

Have you tried listening to white noise or just relaxing music while trying to sleep, that's usually a way to help with sleeping!
