Just an FYI in case anyone runs into this situation, here's a list of things NOT TO DO WHEN I'M MAD:
-Get mad at me for being mad. I don't mean like, "hey dude you're being kinda unreasonable" but I mean like, yell at me and shit.
-Tell me to stop crying. This is what I do in order not to break something or someone.
- If you do tell me to stop crying, don't be shocked if I start screaming at you
-Don't tell me "use my words" because I'm trying but it's hard to think clearly!! See More I have trouble conveying emotions in general so trying to explain them is hard!!
