You see, if you stuck the doctor and Sherlock in the same room, they'd get in an argument. Sherlock is more of a realist, and would never grasp the concept of time travel.
Also, their personalities. The doctor is more joking, exited and all over the place, while even though Sherlocks may appear to be the same, it's not. Sherlock's personality is serious but jumping off the walls, and loves crime. The doctor See More doesn't.
So, how would Wholock work?
