Self defence idea for if telling them to stop isn't working:
If someone is in front of you touching you innapropriatley, pretend to go with it just enough to let their gaurd down, then kick them in the groin area, grab them by the neck, slam them into a wall/ nearby object and RUN.
If behind, grab their hand, twist it for a minute, swing them around and get away from them as fast as you can.
