Cis guys can get body dysmorphia too. They may wanna starve themselves or throw it up to get rid of their body fat.
I just found out one of the guys I know has starved himself for 2 days in a row (eating short lasting carbs atm, not good!) and refusing to eat.
If you are anorexic and wanna fight it:
Spaghetti and potatoes really help if you wanna eat!
Keep a schedule on eating. Don't think about it, just eat.
It'll be okay. I promise.

Gonna make another vent and I know I'll loose followers due to it but:
I'm tired of the "reblog if you have this disorder!!" photos and shit
It's annoying and it gets old quickly, as well as not as a cry for help, but a cry for attention.
Because attention isn't a cure, trying to fix it is.
Because as someone who has anorexia and depression and a few other disorders, as much as I want attention and for someone to swoop in and ""fix"" me, I still know that it's MY battle.
Because See More it'd be shitty of me to go wallow my way through life.
And as much as having someone help you with your problems is useful and nice, sometimes the temporary cure is going "I'm gonna suck it up and get through the day" or going "f UCK YOU VOICE I'M GONNA EAT EVEN IF I CAN'T" and shit.
Sorry if you get offended but I could care less.

But it's not body dysphoria they get. It's body dysmorphia.
Body dysphoria is what trans people get.
Body dysmorphia is what people such as Shane Dawson, and such have.
