...I don't think Mettaton actually has legs...or is he one of those ones that morphs? He's just got a wheel in the video I'm watching so...pleaase clarigy.
The Mettaton you are talking about is just regular Mettaton. Mettaton soon evolves into Mettaton EX (which is the one you see a lot of fanart of). Then he can/will evolve into Mettaton NEO, which looks similar to Mettaton EX. Case in point, Mettaton has legs into 2/3 known versions.
