Announcer: And the male from District 4 will be...um...Dude Rad-Sick? *he read the name, thinking this must be some kind of joke*
*looking around, he heard a scream of joy, followed by a longer haired boy raising both his fists in the air, which confused him*
*turning to one of the peacekeepers nearby, he murmured to them, away from the mic* Isn't he suppose to be scared...?
Dude: *hearing him name called, he started cheering, as everyone parted away from him, their eyes wide* See More▼
*many looked on in confusion at his joy, but he didn't let it get him down* Alright, this is like the best day of my life man!
*seeing the boys part the sea of people for him, he ran down the land bridge, climbing up the few stairs onto the stage*
*moving quickly over towards the announcer, he smiled wide, and raised his hands in the air again*

*in the middle of the dining room, there was a projection on the wall of the parade, it about to begin*

I'm not going to waste your time today talking about how I overcame all odds to survive the games.
Instead, I'd like to skip right to honoring your fallen tributes. *looking over at Hagan's three younger brothers*
I didn't know Hagan long. In fact, I See More▼ never learned his name until he was already gone...*she trailed off, finding it hard to speak*
*despite the distance, she could see the hardened expression on the oldest brother's face, the youngest crying*
But I was honored to fight alongside him. He was a noble, brave man, always thinking of others before himself.

Backstory: Growing up in District 02, many saw Zach as the ideal Hunger Games contestant. He constantly practiced for it, in hopes that he would be reaped, so that he could finally do what he always wanted to, kill. When the draft came around, he wasn't selected, a younger boy being selected instead. Scowling, he called aloud, bringing the attention to him. "He wouldn't last 2 See More▼ seconds out there. Don't you want to bring this District glory again!?" With that, he was selected, though he never actually volunteered.

Forward:
In the previous Hunger Games, the female tribute from District 08, by the name of Sarah, was crowned the victor after an unseen turn of events.
Starting from the beginning, Sarah allied herself with the girl tribute from District 07 (Iris), and the male tribute from District 09 (Sebastian).
Working together, they were able to run from the cornucopia, hiding the woods nearby for shelter from an opposite alliance.
This alliance included the District 08 male, the District See More▼ 04 male, and the District 01 female, by the names of David, Jax and Jade respectively.
Sarah's alliance met up with the District 10 tributes, Hagan and Sunny, and promptly helped them survive against all odds.
However, after the Mutts were released, the remaining 3 tributes were Sarah, Iris, and Sebastian.
Since they were allied at the beginning, they were all going to protest continuing the games any further, when tragedy struck.
Sebastian had been using Sarah since the beginning, and while her back was turned, stabbed Iris, leading to her death.
Unarmed, the odds against her, she managed to survive by pushing the psychotic Sebastian over the edge, causing him to commit suicide.
This was the story of the 43rd Hunger Games. Also worth note, it was the fastest Hunger Games to date, lasting only a day and a half.
