Just going to put this out here. Prevent panic attacks at all times, but in the case that it happens, STAY OFFLINE. It won't benefit you or anyone else. Hell, you might trigger a panic attack in someone else. If you need to, venting is cool, but posting your panic attacks is just ridiculous.
