I just stopped caring if people come or go. It's pointless because they'll always come back. Honestly, I doesn't matter to me if people leave. It's just annoying.
When people don't say anything and are gone for months people don't even say a word, but when they make an announcement people start making pages about their leaving. When I leave I won't say a word.
