rant, just dumping my confusing problems here
My dumb ass almost started crying in choir because i got confused and overwhelmed. I dont understand. That class I always feel so anxious. I always feel like im being stared at. I make one mistake and get insanely anxious and feel like everyone is judging me. I hate having to ask to go to the restroom because I have to disrupt class to get into the room since the door is locked. I dont know what it is. I dont know why im so anxious See More and uncomfortable in that class. Ive been fine. I dont know whats up with that class, or whats up with me.

according to this test im experiencing extreme levels of depression(score of 30 when average is 9), stress(31, normal is 14) and anxiety(22 normal is 7)

I just want all my friends to be happy and feel like life is worth living, but I can’t make that happen and it sucks.
These feelings have probably built up so we can't make them disappear easily. But as long as you're doing the best you can then that's what matters and the fact that you care is what matters ?
