Stupid rant about my parents and fandoms and crap
My parents honestly have the stupidest reasons for me not to be in certain fandoms. Couldn't like black butler for the cursing, couldn't like fnaf cause it was a horror game, my parents don't like me drawing sad or gory things cause it's 'bad for my mind' I couldn't like Creepypasta cause my parents thought it was like 'worshipping the devil' or really 'demonic' or something like that.
I don't want them watching Dr.Who, even See More▼ though they think they should, cause I don't want that taken from me in case they think it's 'inappropriate for my age.'
I don't want them watching Steven Universe because of the, yknow, slightly 'homosexual' things. I don't want them watching Gravity Falls cause they'll think it's Demonic.
I really don't want them knowing about Homestuck. They'll take that away in the blink of an eye. They'll be all: oh the trolls are demons and alternia is their world for hell
And crap like that. They'll be all: the language is horrible and not worshiping God.
Then they'll start to throw biblical verses at me like there's no tomorrow.
Not everything is about God, mom/dad!
I honestly blame Christianity for me not being able to be in good fandoms I actually like. I loved Creepypasta until my parents didn't like it and would ask me so many questions. (The same for fnaf)
Now they go through my stuff in thought I'm hiding things. It's annoying af. I tell them not to go through my stuff, and they're all: what? Are you hiding something???!

Okay, if they say you can't like SU because of homosexuality...why? There technically isn't any in the show! The Gems don't have genders, they're just rocks that naturally look feminine and so use girl pronouns for convenience! And what's wrong with people loving their own gender anyway?! The bible doesn't say you can't love them! THey say you can't do 'it' with See More▼ them and none of that is happening in the show!

Mary-Sues. To me, some of them are well designed but are clearly Mary-sues. Like, I see lots of well designed characters who just turn out to be super op. So honestly, I think that some Mary-sue DESIGNED CHARACTERS look ok, while the fact of them being a mary-sue should be altered by changing what the character is like.(giving them flaws, less powers, less people liking them, etc.)
