I wanna hurt myself but I can't
I'm home alone with my younger sister, and I have to stay with her bc my mom doesn't want me hurting myself.(she found out abt all my thoughts bc I had to tell her oops.) I'll be in trouble if I leave my sis, and the only way I can actually hurt myself if with a knife bc my parents took everything sharp from me. I'm not using a blade. Nope. See More No thanks.

I keep having dreams of me self harming... I've already had a dream where I'd killed myself, and it was just one dream. I've had at least two dreams where I'd self harmed, and it's scaring me.

I get similar dreams, except they're usually homicidal based. Atsuko's right, though. You need to think of something that makes you happy. (memes, music, etc). I end up becoming really pissy after having a murder dream, but thinking about other things have helped me. It sucks that you've been going through those, though.

Before sleeping, I steer away from thoughts of suicide and self harm, and I don't think of it. Then I go to sleep,and the dreams come back. I do have terrible thoughts of self harm, but I'm hardly suicidal... I just hope that suicidal thoughts don't become as bad as my self harm thoughts...
