Well. I'm forcing myself not to chest bind anymore :')
Apparently, my method(wearing multiple sports bras) is damaging to the ribs and lungs. I don't want to have to go to the hospital because of chest binding and have my mom be upset with me and taking my sports bras away. I need a binder. I cannot stand wearing normal bras, and I feel like my chest is too big even if I wear baggy cloths. I'm already having mild chest and back pains from chest binding, and I don't want to worsen See More it. I hate this, but Im going to have to hold up with it until I can get a binder. yaaay..
