Sick Day
I lie in my bed, playing over the night in my head. I hear my phone buzz. There's a text from Autumn.'Hey Fay, you awake?'
'Ya' I type back.
'Can't wait till school tomorrow, you + Dan can tell me all about your date :D'
'Haha ok'
'You HAVE to come to school tomorrow'
'I'll be there'
'Cool, cya tomorrow'
'Cya!'
I put my phone back on my bedside table and flop onto my bed. Soon I fall into a deep sleep.
I yawn loudly as I wake. I grab my phone and walk out to get some breakfast.
"Oh look at you! you look horribly ill! I've called all of your teachers, you will NOT go to school today," Mum exclaims as I walk into the kitchen. I know mum is lying considering my IPhone is the only phone in the house. I just roll my eyes and carry on sorting out my breakfast. Once im done I go to my room and text Josh.
'Wanna walk with me to school and Dawn as well?'
'Sure,, I'll come to your place in 10'
'Cool' I grab my white and blue shirt and jeans and get dressed. I grab my hair brush and start brushing my long blond hair. Done. Im gonna have to be a ninja. I have to get out the door without mum hearing. Im walking down the hallway when..

I step on a creaky floorboard. I race to the front door, snatch it open and burst out closing it behind me. Josh and Dawn stand outside, baffled at my quick escape.
"I'll explain later but for now, RUN!" I scream.
