OK this is things you should watch out for they can lead to problems ok... unless your like me and want the problems then go ahead but don`t say I didn`t warn you sleep paralisis every night is not fun to go through. So first thing is mirrors and darkness are not always a good mix... in fact mirrors in genarel are a NO when your doing something thats not exactly a nice spell to be casting so just becareful with the mirrors and read your damn spell to see if it has a mirror why it has a mirror it`s alway better to be safe then sorry. Now come closer ok... this is important so come a bit closer... a little more.... thats it come here.... you here? good now... IF YOU HEAR/SEE THINGS NO ONE ELSE CAN DO NOT PANIC!!! got that do not panic you know what no matter what just do not panic at all ok just  because you are the only one hearing/seeing something dosn`t alway mean bad... but if it does start getting bad call the paster or some shit get some damn holy water as fast as possible this is and currentaly happenig to me and the shadow people are freaking me out just don`t panic see what it wants and then act off that. Now heres good advise if you find yourself in a grave yared, old abandoned mental hospital, old jail, maybe some other creepy place with reports of being haunted at night stop and ask your self "Why the hell am I here?" Now if the answer "I came here bacuse I was planing on investugating" then continue carefully and if you hear a disimboded voice say "get out" or "leave" maybe even "run" you should lisitn... unless you want to stay and risk getting hurt in that case again becarefull no jugement here I do that to BUT! if your answer to that qustton is "I don`t know it was like something was pulling me towared here" the be care full and deeply consider leaving and possibly looking up the history of the place and try and see why it was drawing it in but either way be carefull shit gets bad quick. That being said becarefull in places where you feel an unwelcomed energy or unexplaind accidents have happened. If you see dark shadow figuers at night wile driving.... keep driving don`t let them in never let anything in unless you know whats going on for sure espashily out and about. Invoking demons and talking in toungs you don`t know is a bad idea... pleas know what your saying before you say it I did that once I will NEVER do that again. And wile we`re on this topick don`t forget to look up things learing the history will help you understand what your walking into. Also you batshit crazy people who think faith over fear works I say you do you but no matter what becarful and have a back up plan because tthe power of christ isn`t alwasy that compeling or any god or godess for that matter always have a plan B and don`t reley on just one thing. you are never and I mean NEVER going to need Blood of the inoccent or any of that shitok so don`t start with that bullshit what ever it is is fake.... unless your sighning something in your blood again don`t do that but that will work and you will find your self in some troble never sighn in blood and becarefull what you do sighn in ink as well. And back to the buliding think if something is sealed off or untoched it for a damn reson! It means danger!... so becarefull when you walk right into it I know if you read this far you most likly think like me and will happily walk head first into danger just to see what would happen so becarefull and don`t die. ok imprtant thing here if something has a one true name but is called something else like the terror or some shit like that do not use the one true name theres a reson no one else dose.... also when you use that name like I do becarefull and be extru polite shit goes down hill very fast. Also if your not allergic get a cat they tend to percive and see things very well and are like a watch dog for the parinormal just not as loud.... pluse they have 9 lives if things get bad throw the little fuzz ball at whatever is watching you... that last part is a joke don`t throw your cat if things get bad grab the cat and run. if you hear chanting wile no one else is around espechily if it`s in another languge you don`t know and you cat is freaking out grab the cat and run in the opisti directin and never look back just let it have the house.If you feel like a doll is watching you don`t say "Its not alive" either see what it wants or leave ignoring it helps nothing and remember if your to old to play with dolls you have no reson to be around the creepy bitches I mess with a lot of shit but I draw a damn line with dolls the creepy little shits. and even if you know that running won`t help and you are out of ideas run anyways it`ll bye time for you to think of another way out.
