The winner is Waluigi. When it came to strength, and durability, it was "Waluigi Time!", but on other things, such as speed, and intellect, Rouge the Bat, had it for herself. With Rouge the Bat, having more control, over the battlefield to, but when it came all down to pure skill, and more unpredictability in moves, "WALUIGI TIME!".Waluigi's feats, were also something to admire, as first, he's shown to have very powerful legs, and has shown, he could fly to some kind of degree. Not as skilled as Rouge the Bat, in flying, but on ground, Waluigi was the winner. The shields, Rouge the Bat, owns, is kind of easy to break. If you're Waluigi! Waluigi also had the advantage in weaponry, but this also meant, he relied on more weapons. Rouge the Bat, however, relied on her Power-ups, as you saw some in this battle.
