Chapter 6 - Trouble in the pack

                *A few years later*

                I was running a race with the other pups. Then I cross the finish line and turn around and wait on the other pups and when they arrive they're all panting. "I win." I said. "I almost had you there." The black fur pup said. "Yeah right Shadow." I said. Shadow growled and pounced on me and bit down on my neck drawing blood and I yip in pain and try to fight back but he held me down and the other pups joined in to hold me down then Shadow's father came over and watched with a smile then another wolf came over and got the pups off me and after the wolf got them off I was covered in blood.

                The pups ran off and Shadow and his father just watched the wolf as the wolf picked me up and carried me to my mother's den and as soon as my mother saw me she growled and asked "What happened, who did this to you Amaze?". I tried to speak but my neck prevented me and my mother noticed and told the wolf to set me down and go look for who attacked me. the wolf set me beside my mother and left the den and my mother licked my wounds.

                After a while Shadow and his father walked in and my mother saw blood on Shadow's lips and she growled and asked "Shadow be honest with me. Did you attack Amaze?". He shook his head no and his father stepped up and said "That's merely from him hunting.". "Then where's the kill?" my mother asked knowing they were busted. Shadow growled. "Don't test me." Shadow said. "Don't let you're son attack mine or we will have a problem." My mother said with a growl. I got up and said "i'm going outside for a minute mom.". She nodded and I walked outside and I heard Shadow's father yell "Why do you insist on keeping a fox. Foxes are devils.". I start to cry and I run off and I know my mother heard me because I heard her yell "KESH!".
