Both: Mr. Krabs, and Scrooge McDuck were walking in the streets of nowhere. In the middle of the two, there was a penny. Mr. Krabs seeing the penny, made him feel rich, while Scrooge McDuck thought he could put it in his treasure chest of pennies. However Mr. Krabs didn't like that idea.
