The unexpected news
As Ellie sat in the corner of the tiny cold room she held her book close to her, longingly looking out the half frozen window seeing snow fall from the horizon. Relentlessly she gave up trying to think that her brother was safe. He never told her were he was going. Ellie was devastated when he left her in this place alone with no friends. (I wonder what’s beyond the - suddenly there where footsteps rushing to herroom. The door creeked open and a tall figure was standing there he smiled down at her. ‘Why are you here’ Ellie asks. I’ve got to tell you something said a deep voice. Your a witch and your going to hogwarts.
‘I’m not a witch and what’s hogwarts’ said Ellie shakily.
Don’t you wonder why your brother is hardly here he’s a wizard and he went to hogwarts-
‘But he’s missing’ Ellie said.
‘ No he’s not missing he’s-
‘When can I see him exclaimed Ellie.
‘He’s not the same he has killed many people and is now Voldemort’ said the strange person.
‘What?’ Ellie started to cry. ‘No that’s not him it’s someone else there’s a mistake’ she cried. ‘What’s you’re name sir’
Professor dumbuldor’ dumbuldor said
‘Lets go now shall we’ said dumbuldor.
Ellie grabbed on to his arm and in a swirl they were in diogon ally. ‘Go to that shop there to get your wand i will meet you at 12:00pm here’ dumbuldor whispered.
Ellie unsure and puzzled walked over to a shop called olivenders and shut the door behind her. As she turned around her saw an old man waiting at the counter.
‘You must be Ellie riddle everyone’s been taking about’ said olivender
‘Hmmmm try this wand’ he said as he handed over a black wand.
Ellie gives it a twirl, and suddenly the books start to fall of his bookshelves.
‘Opps I’m sorry’ she said
The wand chooses the wizard it’s ok’ he said as he gathered the books and placed them back. After about 15 minuets there are broken chairs,lights and scattered papers everywhere he pulls out another with no hope and hands it to Ellie. She gives it a twirl and a flash of light appears and lifts up her hair.
‘Definitely the wand for you a fine wand at that birch wood Fenix feather core 10 inches inflexible’ he said in a calm voice.
‘Wow I have to meet someone now bye olivender thanks’ she said in a exited voice’.
She wandered off to meet dumbuldor again. Dumbuldor leads Ellie to the train station where he leaves her to find platform nine and three quarters. Ellie noticed some boys talking about the platform so she decided to follow them. She walks all the way to a wall with some people around it and running through the wall and disappearing. She run through the wall and ended up on the platform she wanted to be on so she got her things out of the trolley and walked on to the train.
She walked along trying to find a place to sit and finally saw one with two boys in it one with red hair and one with black and glasses and a mark on his forehead. So Ellie walked in and asked if she could sit and they said yes. Introducing themselves as Ron and harry. ‘Ellie riddle’ she said.
