Brief Description:
After successfully encasing Mobius, and the Sonic gang in ice, Eggman seizes over Mobius, now re-named "Eggtopilous", and claims himself as the Emperor. Taxes are to be raised by 50% and any fresh food grown is to be delivered directly to Eggman, leaving the citizens of Mobius to feed off any leftover scrap. BlackShadows haunt the city, mugging and killing people at their will, as well as fighting the WhiteLights (people who devote themselves to saving Mobius).
