Dear diary,Akuji said that he was going to take me with him to the other side of the wall tomorrow night.

Dear diary,I went to the other side of the wall...everything is different from what I saw when I last went outside,it's like everything is the opposite of what it would be.

Dear diary,I started to hear voices when I went through the hole in the wall again...they won't stay quiet...they don't.And it seems that when I went through the wall again Akuji became a part of me.
