Chapter 1

You are getting ready to go trick-or treating. You see your vampire costume sitting on your chair and put it on. As you are admiring you costume, your mom walks into your room.  "Almost ready to go?"  she asks.  "Ya. Just gotta get my candy bag."  You find your bag on the bed.  "Do you have your phone?"  mom asks. "Yes mom",  you say. Mom is very overprotective about a lot of stuff.  "Are you sure you don't want me to come with you?"  "Mom, I'll be fine."  "Are you sure?"  "Yes."   Ding-dong! Your friend is here to pick you up.   "That must be ( your friend's name)."  "Bye! be safe!" "Bye mom!"


By the time it's 9:00, you and your friend have already walked down 6 streets and you're really tired so you decide to walk home when your friend stops and points to a house and says, "I heard that house is haunted." You usually get kinda scared when it comes to this stuff so you shiver.  "We're not going in there", you say. "Yes we are. People say  it's not even scary, it was just some abandoned house."  You're not sure what to do.

If you decide to stay outside and tell your friend you don't want to, go to chapter 3.
