Chapter 1.

Theory #1 Luke Skywalker.

I honestly think it's too obvious for Rey to be the daughter of Luke, then again, after all the years that passed Luke may have gotten a girlfriend and had a child that he was incapable to take care of. This is probably my only theory that makes sense.
