Okay so I was really depressed that Legend of Korra ended so soon. So I've decided to create another series with a twist. Hope you like it!

Avatar: Legend of the Twins
Chapter 4.
Danger

Danger

Charlie's heart thumped in his chest as he saw his sister's expression change. It couldn't be good if someone was stalking them, in any case the twins were taught to never show their bending to another person. He nodded to Phoebe as they slowed down to a walk. It would be wise to take the same route as they always did as Charlie had a hunch this wasn't the first time they had been followed. Luckily for them the path was narrow and had lots of twists and turns, not to mention the hundreds of trees. It was risky but if he and Phoebe turned sharply there was a chance that they could climb a nearby tree. He stopped and knelt down to tie his shoe lace. Whilst doing this Charlie felt the earth to see where their stalker was.
"Fourth tree on the left" Phoebe barley heard him. The stranger was quietly waiting for them to make a move, if they stopped for too long it might look suspicious. Charlie and Phoebe were completely calm. Being the Avatar had its advantages and disadvantages and in this case it was an advantage. The twins knew that there were going to be people trying to kidnap and stalk them. So these two were prepared for a situation like this. They broke into a sprint pretending to be late for something. Everything was going according to plan when a flame shot in-between them and set a twig alight.

They both stopped, stunned. A flame had been launched at them! It hadn't been launched no, it was fired by a bender. And that would mean their stalker was a fire bender! Charlie grabbed his sister's hand and dashed along the line of trees. Thoughts swirled around him like a storm, where would they go? Home wasn't an option anymore. He absolutely hated this, fleeing from battle, but in a world where they were a secret, fighting was a last resort. The twins then swung themselves into a ditch for concealment. He groaned in pain as thorns stuck into him. He looked up at Phoebe who was using her air bending to gracefully climb a tree. She tried to take a peek out of the ditch but as soon as she moved the branch, a flame burst towards her. She swiftly flipped backwards onto the floor and blew her whistle, it called for Hinata's help. Charlie always envied Phoebe's agility and speed, she could change movement within a moments notice, and still remain calm in desperate situations. She then quickly sent the air slicing through the trees until it hit its target. Thump! The stalker was struck to the ground as Hinata came racing round the corner. Charlie jumped on her back and pulled Phoebe up. The twins had managed to get away this time but Charlie was sure they would meet the stalker again. Whoever they were.

Phoebe then had visions of the stalker in her sleep. A fire burned both of them to a crisp, she woke abruptly in a sweat. The fear of being discovered by a bender was too much to handle for her. They both lived on a small island so the possibility of a bender being on it was slim. Even if there was one she had doubted that they would have had information on the Avatar. Phoebe pulled on her night gown and went outside the house, she joined Hinata and Sabre in their night patrol. Even with bending and the Avatar "gone" non benders still didn't have anything against the mythical creatures that roamed the wilderness. It was silly for them to believe in those creatures but not the Avatar.

As the night wore on the stalker finally left the twins' estate happy with its research on them. Phoebe had failed to notice the presence behind her....
